This Notice sets out the privacy practices for 280 Metro Center, on behalf 280 Metro Limited Partnership (“the Property”). Information Collected Through the Website. When you visit the Website, we automatically collect your IP address, the zip code location associated with that IP address, and clickstream data, and when you choose to receive our email newsletter or contact us, we will collect your name and email address.

Information Collected Through Promotional Activities at the Property. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you participate in in-person promotional activities.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information that we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and improve the Website and its functionality;
  • To contact those who choose to hear from us about the Property's special events, new services, or other promotions or commercial leasing opportunities that may be of interest to them at the Property;
  • For security and verification purposes, including to prevent and detect fraudulent activity;
  • To address and remediate technical issues and bugs.

3. How We Share Information

Information Collected Automatically From Website Visitors. We may share information we automatically gather from you, including your IP address and zip code information derived from your IP address, with analytics service providers to better understand our Website visitors.

Email Newsletter Information. We may share your name and email address with service providers who help us to provide our email newsletters to those who choose to receive them.

Promotions. If we sponsor surveys, sweepstakes, contests, promotions or other solicitations, we may share the information you provide with our service providers that provide prize fulfillment, marketing, and advertising on our behalf.

6. Children's Information

The Website does not collect, nor is it directed toward, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, nor do we knowingly distribute such information to third parties. If we become aware that we received personal information from someone under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our records. Each commercial e-mail that we send to you will offer you the opportunity to opt-out of continuing to receive such messages. We may take up to ten (10) business days to process your opt-out requests. In some instances, we may have already shared your information with one of our authorized third parties before you changed your information preferences. In those cases, you may have to directly contact those third parties to opt-out of receiving their communications.

Please note that we do not respond to do not track signals, and the settings in your browser will have no effect on the Site.

Additional Terms for Certain California Residents

This Addendum explains how the Property collects, uses, and discloses personal information relating to California residents covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"). This notice is provided pursuant to the CCPA. Please note that the rights described below are not absolute, and that exceptions may apply, particularly in light of the very limited nature of our collection or use of consumer information.

Collection and Disclosure of Personal Information

Over the past 12 months, we or our affiliates may have collected and disclosed the following categories of personal information from or about covered California consumers:

  • Identifiers, including their names, IP addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. This information is collected directly from you or your device.
  • Internet or other electronic activity information, including clickstream data. This information is automatically collected directly from your device.
  • Geolocation data, including information about location at the zip code level, which we derive from IP address, and which is collected directly from the connecting device.

We collect California residents' personal information for the following purposes:

In the past 12 months, we have not sold Personal Information of California residents within the meaning of "sold" in the CCPA.

Rights under the CCPA

    • the categories of personal information about them that we collected;
    • the categories of sources from which the personal information was collected;
    • the purpose for collecting personal information about them;
    • the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information about them and the categories of personal information that was disclosed (if applicable) and the purpose for disclosing the personal information about them; and
    • the specific pieces of personal information we collected about them;
  • Request we delete personal information we collected from them, unless the CCPA recognizes an exception; and
  • Be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising their rights including providing a different level or quality of services or denying goods or services to them when they exercise their rights under the CCPA.

We aim to fulfill all verified requests within 45 days pursuant to the CCPA. If necessary, extensions for an additional 45 days will be accompanied by an explanation for the delay.
